Name: Ebony Elizabeth Mason
Age: 18
Degree Course: Ancient Runes

Physical appearance:

Ebony's hair is a dark brown that goes just past her shoulders. She is 5'7, with dark brown eyes that look almost glossy. She has a medium build with pale skin that puts an emphasis on her dark eyes and hair.

Personality:

Ebony is both outgoing and reserved. She has the tendency to be overenthusiastic about some topics when in heated discussions but during class tends to be quiet, sitting back and observing others while she works out the puzzle or runic code in her head.

When approached by someone she doesn't know Ebony is friendly and welcoming; however, if someone is rude or cruel to those around her she tends to get very emotional and has a very bad temper.

History:

Ebony was raised by her pureblood father who taught her how to use Runes at a young age to not only help her in her studies by teaching her the alphabet, but to develop her growing abilities in runic divination so that she would be focused in the future. Her muggle mother ran off when she was a child because she was uncomfortable with having a child who could predict events that were usually catastrophic.

Other info:

At the age of seven she fell into a lake and nearly drowned but was revived after a few minutes. Ebony is terrified of drowning and as a result stays away from lakes, pools and other bodies of water.
