Lihou Sat at her desk and looked at the latest resume, it was certainly impressive. Now she just needed to clear a few things up. She heard someone knock at the door and said, "Come in." she looked up and saw Isabel walk into the room. "Good afternoon Ms Cifuentes, please sit down." she motioned to the chair in front of her desk. "Right, down to business, you've had a lot of experience teaching at schools in the past, so why do you want to teach at the university, instead of another school?" she asked

Isabel stood outside of the door to the Headmistress' office. She inhaled deeply, for she was extremely nervous about getting interviewed for a job at this university. She hoped deeply that she would do very well with answering the questions that the woman was going to be asking her, whatever they might be. Taking another deep breath, Isabel raised her hand to knock on the door, only to drop her hand to her side again. Instead, she tried to spiffy up her appearance. Her appearance was actually not bad. She just felt that it was. She was wearing some of her best robes that she had. They were a rather vibrant red and rather long. The sleeves were large at the ends, which is exactly how she liked them. They shaped her body nicely, showing off her rathe slim figure. She wore a pair of black, dress-like shoes that were heeless. She had not been in the mood for wearing heels that morning. Her hair was, as usual, down against the sides of her face, the long mass of brown waves bringing her naturally tanned face out beautifully. She tucked her hair behind her ears and then fixed her robes a little bit. After doing so, she lifted her hand, again, to knock on the door. This time, she knocked carefully and quietly, patiently awaiting a response. When it came, she inhaled once again and then walked into the office, looking at the woman sitting behind her desk. Isabel put a small smile on her face so that she would look as if she was happy to be there (though she was) and unnervous. She had no idea exactly why she was nervous. She figured that it was just her surroundings. The place just seemed a little large to her, larger than the schools she had taught in previously. Upon being offered a seat to sit in, Isabel nodded, lowering herself into the seat. She placed her hands neatly in her lap and then listened as the headmistress asked her the first question. When being asked this, Isabel answered, her voice confident. "Well, I really love to teach. That was probably the first thing that brought me here. Second down from that, I wanted to get a different set of surroundings. When I noticed that this particular university had an opening for the Charms position, I was more than willing to take it. Also, I thought that teaching at a university might be some fun, so I chose to apply for one of the positions." Her light Spanish accent lingered in her voice as she spoke, though, she pronouned her words perfectly for the most part. She the waited for the woman behind the desk to respond, glancing around the room a few times as she waited. [When I came to post here, I could actually feel my heart pounding from nervousness for some reason. Lol. Also, I hope that you are prepared for some nice, lengthy posts. I am famous for RPing in length and moderately good content.]

(OOC: that is good, we like people who are good RPers, makes the site look better, but I currently have writers block, so my post is too short for my liking. I'll edit it if I get the chance, but the question will still be the same)
Lihou nodded and smiled, "So why do you like Charms?" she asked, she noted Isabels appearance and had to admit, she seemed to have made quite an effort.

[OOC: Of course! I love RP...And the good thing is, I do not usually get writer's block easy ] Isabel listened as the headmistress spoke again, her mind thinking about the answer to the question that the woman had just asked. Why do I liked Charms? Isabel thought to herself. She was stumbling a bit on the answer, but sometime finally came to mind. She spoke, her voice confident and careful to chose the words, though it was not made that obvious. "Well, I like Charms because it is a simple art in the magical world, but it is also necessary. People do not take it seriously since they thing that it is easy. However, if you think about it, the spells that are taught in the Charms classroom are those that will basically be used each and everyday for the most part. I think that educating students about the various Charms and their uses as well as teaching them to perform them properly is really important, which is the main reason why I like it. It tends to be hands-on, and it gives the students a little bit of fun mixed in, but not too much to where they can become out of hand." Isabel fell silent, thinking about what she had just said. Did she make any sense to this woman. She had a feeling that she did not because she did not feel that she made any sense with herself. Sighing inwardly to herself, she waited for the woman to respond.

Lihou noted down what Isabel was saying, well, a summary, she smiled at the bit "not too much to where they can become out of hand."
"Too true" she said, "But hopefully University students will be more mature and be able to cope with a little fun." she paused finishing the notes, "Well, I think I need all I need to know, you can go now." she said. She watched Isabel leave and smiled.
OOC: this interview is over and the thread will be locked, then moved in a few days. If you have any questions feel free to PM myself or the Headmaster, I will PM the decision asap.
