Gwen walked around the library shelves, looking for something interesting to give to her students. As she went through the book titles, often taking one out and browsing it, she found an old Astronomy book. The pictures it had, and the poetic way it described it, made Gwen feel lost in the universe's eternity once again. Astronomy, one of her favourite subjects.. it was a pitty she had a tendency of mixing or making up names.
Gwen took out a huge pile of books and sat on a nearby table, sometimes reading things nothing to do with her subject, sometimes taking notes for her classes on useful things. She had written on the page Professor Lovegood. Divination She loved how it sounded. Not T.A, not of a subject she despised. She was now doing what she was meant to do all along, and the satisfaction couldn't seem to wear off.

Ron entered the library tired and worn down. He was exhausted, he hadn't slept in days he was so worried about the first lesson and making sure it was just perfect. He was at the library for another day of reading up on magical creatures and the sort of information he was needing, even though his head was probably the most reliable magical creature encyclopedia there was!
As he was browsing the shelves, he almost dropped the heavy piles of books in his hand at what he saw. On the other side, sitting at a desk was Gwen Lovegood. THE Gwen lovegood! He used to work with her years back at Hogwarts, the two were actually quite close friends back in the day. But it had been so long since they had seen each other, would she remember him?
Suddenly feeling much more awake, he placed the books down on the shelf and went around and stood, arms folded across his chest in front of the desk Gwen was at. "Long time no see stranger."
[OOC: I kinda made up a bit of history there but hey! In a way, we do now each other from Hogwarts hehe so yeah!]

Gwen heard a familiar voice in front of her, which was strange because she hadn't realized anyone was at the Library at the moment. She looked up to see who else could be there that knew her, and was shocked. Ronald Gumbligger, at the university too?
"Ron!" she said. "You here as well? What happened to teaching at Hogwarts?" she couldn't believe it. The last time she had seen him, three years ago, she was leaving the TA job she had got at Hogwarts for a year to travel around South America and learn more about her land - and it's local magic. It seemed ages ago for Gwen, but still Ron was standing in front of her, just like he looked when she had left the school. Just like he had looked for around a century.
Gwen stood up, and walked towards the professor she had always admired for his wisdom and kindness. She grinned at him and narrowed his eyes, not daring to believe it. "You look just like you did when I last saw you... wow! it has been a long time"

Ron was so delighted to see Gwen, it had been a very long time. When she stood up and came round the table to meet him, he opened his arms and gave her a friendly hug. "Hogwarts, well, it was good, but the students are so young and immature, it's just not my cup of tea! I moved here for a bit more of a challenge."
He examined her. It was amazing how people can leave you for such a long time and when they return still look exactly the same. This was the case with Gwen. "And how about you? I thought you had gone back to South America?" It felt so good to be talking to Gwen again. Oh, how he had missed her when she left Hogwarts, but now they were reunited again.

Gwen made a grin that covered most of her face. He didn't just remember her, but he remembered where she had been as well, and this made her feel good. "Oh, I had. Very interesting things I learnt there too... but I decided it was time to come back to teaching after all this time..."
Gwen grabbed the stone hanging from her neck as she had always done since she was a child whenever something out of common happened. "What have you been up to, then? Don't tell me you've still been at Hogwarts until now!"

Professor Gumbligger grabbed a chair and pulled it up next to the one that Gwen had beem sat on, hoping that she to would sit down again. He smiled at her question, she had guessed right. "I have indeed Gwen, Hogwarts was my life, and still a very much apart of it. I shall miss Hogwarts, but I am sure that bigger and better things await me here."
He hoped one of those bigger and better things was Gwen. He had missed his chance back at Hogwarts, but he had never moved on. She was still the girl of his dreams...

Gwen smiled and couldn't help but rolling her eyes a little. He was proving to be the exact same person she had left, not only physically. It seemed like no matter how far she went, what she did or how much time happened, her past always found a way to find her. Gwen started to wonder whether it was a sign and she semi-unconciously sat down.
"Yes, well, isn't that what we all say, wherever we are? But it's true, I somehow feel that something really good is coming" Gwen answered. When she spoke this way, so distractedy, her latin accent tended to show, and now she was fresh from South America wasn't the exeption. At this, she looked up at Ron in front of her and made him a gesture to sit down too. "And you know how I don't feel this things at random" she added.

"So, Gwen, what was it that brought you here, anyhow?" Ron was curious as to how they both ended up in the same place at the same time, after they had gone down such different paths.

[No problem]
Gwen looked out of the window, an old habit of hers, specially when trying to remember things. "Well, I had finished what I had to do in South America, so I decided it was time to come back and start again. I spent some days wondering around, not knowing where to go, until I found out about the University. I just felt I had to be here all along, teach what I had learnt.. and the more time I am here, the more advantages I discover being here brings"
At this last sentence, she looked back at Ron. He was one of them, of course. "What is it that brought you here, in any case? Being that you love Hogwarts so much..."

Ron listened as Gwen told of why she had moved to the university. As she did, she stared out of the window, a habit he remembered from back at their days at Hogwarts together. As she looked out, Ron stared at her in admiration. She was a very beautiful woman.
She then fired the question right back at him, and Ron pondered on it for a short moment. Why, he had no idea, because the answer was well-rehearsed. "I have learnt Gwen, that young students are not as tame, trusting, mature or loyal as the creatures I handle are, so I fancied trying with some older students, in the hope they would be more mature. I just felt me knowledge was being wasted on them, to be truthful!" He turned around to the bookshelf and searched the books, looking for nothing in particular.
[OOC: Sorry for the delay, I have been a bit busy lately!]

[ooc: don't worry! no problem]
Gwen smiled at what Ron said. Of course, he was so wise, and the love he expressed towards creatures... much too good for some teenagers. But then again he seemed too god for everybody in Gwen's eyes.
Gwen looked back at Ron to realise he was looking through some books. She stared at him for a few moments, like hipnotised. After a while, she decided to break the silence, saying what had been on the back of her mind since he noticed he was in the library.
"What are you looking for, anyways? It's not like you're gonna find anything in those books you don't know already!" She said this with a grin, and then chuckled.
